"Made in Finland, Germany and France". This could have been written on the boxes with our cottages if they were brought to Nahabino from abroad completely finished.

Of course, the cottages are assembled on location, but all the materials and equipment used come directly from these countries.

The construction of the cottages is supervised by specialists from the Finnish Kontio company and is carried out according to their design and drafts.

Territory around the house

The cottages are built from wood – the exclusive Finnish whole oval timber produced by the Kontio company. A special technology used for producing the timber allows to increase the age of the house and to make it more durable and cozy.

Wood is a material that is still valued higher than other, more technological modern materials.

In a wooden house, a special microclimate is preserved all year long. The wood is treated with a special composition, which makes it nonflammable, but at the same time fully retains its natural appearance – color and pattern.

It can be said that Finnish cottages form a special standard of an ecological house. It is a house that blends well into the natural surroundings. And it is a house that doesn't harm your health in any way, because only safe and ecologically pure materials are used for construction.

In a Finnish house, the natural simplicity is combined with functionality and comfort. This is why we install only the most modern equipment in our houses. This includes the German "Buderus" systems that are used to equip the boiler rooms and the heating networks of the cottages. The fully automated systems exclude the possibility of any technical difficulties and safeguard you from the cold.

Each cottage is also equipped with burglar and fire alarms.
