There are three types of houses, differing in total floor space and leveling. Apart from the cottages themselves, the territory of the development also includes sports grounds and playgrounds, tennis courts, a volleyball court, a shop, a parking area, servicing and management structures and a social and administrative center.
An individual asphalt-paved road leads to the development; asphalt-paved driveways lead to each of the cottage lots. A green boulevard leading into the forest passes through the development - it is a wonderful place for strolls. By the way, the territory of the development is surrounded by forestland, made up mostly of conifers.
We are planning a separate, private entrance from the territory of the development to the most famous Russian golf club, "Le Meridien Moscow Country Club".
Construction works started in April 2004. The planned date of finishing the construction is the 4th quarter of 2005. The development is constructed and commissioned as a whole, according to the confirmed plan, independently from the number of sold houses, that is, the time of commissioning is guaranteed. Moreover, such simultaneous conclusion of construction will save the first residents from having to put up with constant construction works outside their window.
