The surroundings of Nahabino are very fit and interesting for walks not only because of its wonderfully preserved nature. There are a number of architectural and cultural monuments in the district, including estate complexes and churches. In Nahabino itself, some fragments of the buildings of the Boldino estate (middle of 19th century) still remain. Lately, a number of new churches were built – Pokrovksaya, Georgievskaya, Danilovskaya and Maximovskaya.
Probably the most famous monument located in the territory of the district is the Archangelskoe estate complex – the estate itself, which belonged to the Yusupov family (1780's), the Archangelskaya church (1667), the theater building (1817) and, of course, the park with pavilions – one of the favorite strolling places for local residents and for Muscovites.
Although if you drive around the villages of Krasnogorsk district, you might find many other interesting things. For example, in the village of Nikolo-Uryupino the estate of the Golitsyn family still stands: the Nikolskaya church (1664-1665), the small "White House" (1780's), the large house (1880's) and the park.
